Shipping is free for all products on www.tevino.in. there is no minimum order value for free shipping.
We will try to ship your product as soon as possible. With our delivery partner, we expect that you will get your order within 3 to 5 working days. The public or national holidays may increase the delivery time.
After receiving your order, our after-sales/shipping team will process your order. Before packing the order they will inspect the product for any possible defects. 100% defect-free product will be shipped to you.
Initial invoice immediately after placing a successful order. Tax invoice along with your product.
Follow the below steps to get your refund at the earliest.
- Create a video of the courier you have received sent by Tevino
- Create a video when opening the received courier
- Create a video of the product you received Tevino product
- Make sure all the videos are clear
- If you find any defect in the product, please also cover that defect in that video
- Email us all the videos which cover the defects of the product. Make sure that the defect video is shot during the product opening.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
During the checkout, through our payment gateways – RazorPay and PayU Money. Right now only these two options are available for payment. We do not store/record your payment card information at any step of checkout.
You can add products to your wishlist which you want to purchase in the future. A wishlist is a way to remember products that you want to purchase in near future.
Login to your account, use the options to return/exchange options available. To access these options, you must have a user account on www.tevino.in
Please do not place an order unless you are sure if your want the purchased product or not.
You can change the purchased product within 10 days after receiving the product in the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Tevino shipped the wrong product to you
- You will get a similar product in exchange
Using package tracking you can track your shipment. This option is provided by our shipping partner and you can track it on the website of the shipping company. We will provide you the tracking number and the URL of the shipping company.
